Ms Nitya .

Counseling Psychologist

I am Nitya. My aim is to provide support to my clients . I use an eclectic approach, tailored to suit your requirements. I follow a queer affirmative and trauma informed approach. I believe that therapy is a collaborative practice, focusing on the well-being of my clients.

About Me

I provide support to clients navigating life's challenges, using an eclectic approach tailored to individual needs. My practice is queer-affirmative and trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and inclusive space. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, focusing on your well-being and empowering you to achieve your goals.

Approach

We begin by mapping your goals and current stresses, then select tools that fit your life and identity. I see clients in New Delhi and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, and keep sessions practical and paced to you. Sessions blend trauma‑aware exploration, skills practice for anxiety, eating and mood concerns, plus relationship and sex‑positive work when relevant; between sessions I suggest simple steps to build momentum. Many people seeking an affirming, collaborative way of working find this steady, adaptable rhythm helpful.
