Ms Nishtha Moudgil

Counseling Psychologist

Hello, there! I am a Neurodiverse-affirming Counselling Psychologist under supervision based in New Delhi, India. My approach to psychotherapy includes intersectional feminism, trauma-informed care, neurodiversity, and queer-affirmative counselling practices.

About Me

I provide neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy, creating a space where your unique experiences are deeply understood. My approach weaves together intersectional feminism, trauma-informed care, and queer-affirmative practices. Together, we can explore your world, focusing on what feels right for you. This approach makes me a good match for neurodivergent and queer individuals, and anyone seeking compassionate, affirming support.

Approach

Sessions focus on mapping your strengths, sensory needs and social context into practical steps that honour your identities and experiences. I offer flexible online and in-person appointments from Gurugram, working in English and Hindi/Urdu so you can choose how you make sense of things. In-session we move at your pace, collaborate on small experiments, and track mood and relationship patterns between meetings with trauma-sensitive pacing to keep you grounded. This approach often suits neurodivergent, queer, or anyone navigating relationships and life transitions seeking pragmatic, identity-respecting support.
