Nikki Pagano

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I have been fortunate to train under experts in the areas of eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and selective mutism.

About Me

I am an LCSW, fortunate to have trained under experts in eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and selective mutism. This background means I deeply understand these specific challenges. We can explore your experiences together, helping you understand patterns and find practical ways forward. My aim is to create a safe space where you feel heard, guiding you towards greater ease and confidence.

Approach

Those trainings inform how I structure sessions—practical, paced to your needs, and focused on small, doable shifts. Whether we meet in my Charlotte office or online, sessions combine focused conversation, skill practice, and collaborative tracking so you leave with clear next steps and we can review progress together. I often invite family members or caregivers into parts of the work when it supports safety and change, and I use brief between-session experiments to build confidence. This way of working tends to help adolescents, caregivers, and adults seeking steadier ground.
