Clinical Psychologist

Queer and neurodivergent affirmative therapist having specialization in Clinical Psychology. I had the privilege of working extensively with LGBTQIA population and in a crisis helpline set up. I have facilitated support group related to abuse and trauma in adults.

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a queer and neurodivergent affirmative space where you can feel truly understood. I have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA individuals and those navigating the impact of abuse or trauma. My background in crisis support and facilitating groups helps me create a safe, collaborative environment. Here, we can gently process difficult experiences together, finding stability and a way forward.

Approach

You’ll find sessions paced to your rhythm, moving between careful exploration of emotions and short, practical steps you can try between meetings. In my Mumbai clinic or via online appointments in English, French, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, we create predictable structure—check-ins, grounding exercises, and collaborative planning—so crisis moments feel contained rather than overwhelming. Therapy draws on acceptance-oriented tools alongside attention and sensory strategies, with optional group spaces when connection supports recovery. This approach often suits people seeking clear, compassionate work that honours identity and neurodiversity.
