You’ll find sessions are practical and paced to your needs: gentle skill-building here, short mindfulness or creative exercises there, and clear check-ins that make progress easy to notice. I work in English and Hindi/Urdu from Bangalore and online, adapting tools and brief between-session practices so they fit your school, work or family rhythm. For children I pair observation with simple, playful tasks to clarify what’s going on and teach coping that feels natural. This way of working suits those wanting steady, usable change.
