About Me

I support internationals in integrating their experiences, offering a blend of evidence-based and holistic therapy. My holistic and body-oriented approach helps you connect with your whole self, finding inner resources often overlooked. This can be particularly grounding for those navigating new cultures and adapting to change. We can explore challenges in English, Estonian, or Russian, creating a truly understood space where you can thrive.

Approach

You’ll notice I move between conversation, gentle somatic noticing and small experiments to help what we name in session shift. Sessions are held in Utrecht or online, in English, Estonian or Russian, and often include short mindfulness exercises and practical tools to try between meetings. I track anxiety and mood patterns alongside bodily cues, using focused attention and small behaviour changes to build steady coping. This way of working often fits adults navigating cultural transitions who want grounded, practical support.
