Approach

Sessions move at a gentle, attentive pace, inviting mindful sensing so bodily cues guide exploration and new responses emerge. In my Munich practice and online, in English, German or Spanish, I combine in-session gentle tracking with grounding exercises you can use between meetings to reduce overwhelm and build stability. We pace work around your tolerance for change, weaving present-moment noticing with reflective dialogue to address trauma, stress, mood or addictive patterns. This approach suits people wanting calm, steady re-connection with their own experience.
