We are an art therapy organisation in the Northern Suburbs, Western Cape, South Africa. We provide counseling and individual therapy using art and conversation to explore emotions and build practical coping skills.
Approach
In our Northern Suburbs studio sessions unfold through creative expression paired with clear, collaborative conversation that helps untangle difficult moments and decisions. We work in Afrikaans and English in Cape Town, moving at a steady, practical pace: short art tasks to explore feelings, reflective talking to name patterns, and simple coping steps to try between meetings.
