Therapy for Neurodivergent Teenagers, Adults, Couples & Families

About Me

I specialise in therapy for neurodivergent minds. Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages across Education, Mental Health, Disability and Private Practice. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the many ways people learn, adapt, and thrive. We’ll work together to explore your concerns and challenges, while also recognising your unique abilities and perspectives. Through this process, I aim to help you build greater self-awareness, healing, confidence, and personal growth.

Approach

Therapy isn’t about fixing. It’s about having a safe, supportive space to explore who you are, make sense of what's been happening, and discover how you want to move forward. Neurodivergent experiences will be understood and validated. Together, we can explore ways to: - Tune in more deeply to your own needs and relationships - Feel safe enough to drop the mask and live more authentically - Support your nervous system and find calm in everyday life - Build emotional safety within yourself and in your connections with others We will move at a pace that feels safe for you as we work through past traumas and experiences. Your story matters here, and it would be my privilege to hold space for it. I promise to: Show up fully and wholeheartedly Honour your individual needs Support you in creating shifts that truly matter to you
