My work is especially helpful for those who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to understand themselves more deeply—while also wanting practical tools that lead to real change. Anxiety Treatment I specialize in working with anxiety in its many forms, including chronic worry, panic, social anxiety, and stress related to life transitions. Treatment focuses on helping you understand how anxiety operates in your nervous system, reducing reactivity, and building lasting emotional regulation and resilience. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) CBT is used to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that keep anxiety going. Together, we work on developing clearer thinking, healthier responses to stress, and skills you can apply in daily life to feel more confident and grounded. Jungian-Oriented Therapy For clients drawn to depth and meaning, I incorporate Jungian psychology to explore unconscious patterns, symbols, and inner conflicts. This approach supports self-understanding, personal growth, and a deeper sense of alignment—especially during periods of transition, identity change, or emotional stagnation. Dream Work Dreams offer a unique window into the unconscious. When appropriate, we use dream exploration to uncover emotional themes, unresolved conflicts, and inner guidance that may not yet be accessible through waking awareness alone. Dream work is always collaborative, respectful, and grounded in your lived experience. Integrative, Person-Centered Care No single method fits everyone. I tailor therapy to your needs by integrating evidence-based approaches with depth-oriented work. Sessions balance insight and action—helping you not only understand yourself better, but also feel better in your body and daily life.
