With over 2.5 years of experience working with adult clientele (18 -62years), I believe in creating a space where clients make meaning of their lived experiences and work towards their preferred narratives. I have worked with clients navigating through inter&intrapersonal issues, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety among others.

About Me

I intend to create a collaborative and safe space for people to express freely without any fear of judgements. Here, we can gently shape your preferred narratives. If you are navigating interpersonal issues, emotional dysregulation, depression, or anxiety, we can work together. My aim is to help you uncover insights into your unique story. We will also focus on ways to manage difficult emotions/thoughts/feelings/behaviours. I wish to support your journey towards stronger connections and greater well-being.

Approach

Over the past few years I focus on creating a gentle, collaborative pace where clients notice patterns and try small, practical steps between sessions. In Bengaluru or online, and in English, Hindi or Telugu, sessions blend emotion-regulation practices with values-led choices, using short exercises and reflective questions to make change manageable. You can expect a steady rhythm, brief check-ins, tracking reactions, and tools to practise between meetings that strengthen boundaries and relationships. This way of working often helps young adults navigating mood shifts, relationship stresses, or life transitions.
