Mrs Nanda Huddar

Counseling Psychologist

I am a qualified counselling psychologist supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Grounded in an integrative therapeutic approach—drawing from REBT(Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My integrative approach, which includes mindfulness-based techniques, helps you explore difficulties safely. We work together to develop practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to help you build resilience and find clearer paths forward, fostering lasting well-being.

Approach

Sessions blend practical skill-building with mindful reflection, paced to fit your needs and moments of readiness. I work both in Bengaluru and online, offering conversation and short experiential tasks in English, Hindi/Urdu or Kannada so you can practise between meetings. We gently test unhelpful beliefs, try small behavioural experiments, and use grounding or brief mindfulness practices to notice what shifts. People who want clear steps alongside empathic listening—adolescents, parents, couples and individuals—often find this practical, steady way of working useful.
