Licensed Clinical Psychologists

A safe therapeutic space where I assess, diagnose and provide treatment for your psychological and emotional distress; incld online therapy.

About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Goodwood, Western Cape, South Africa. I provide psychotherapy for addiction, anger, behaviour or conduct issues, and mood disorders.

Approach

Beginning with your experience, sessions unfold as a collaborative, paced process that helps you make sense of difficult feelings and patterns so change feels manageable. In Cape Town and online, in English, I use focused conversation, practical exercises and agreed steps between meetings to address cravings, anger, anxiety or low mood while monitoring safety. Sessions are steady and solution-oriented, balancing exploration with skills practice, and many clients find this structured, humane approach helpful when they want clear direction and real relief.
