Ms Nadia Fahim

Psychologist-Psychotherapist

Verified

As a passionate Integrative and Relational Psychotherapist, I offer a safe space to explore individual patterns, relational difficulties and emotional distress. My work is about exploring the self, uncovering unconscious patterns, and connecting the threads between past and present, creating space for deeper understanding and a new way forward.

About Me

I am a UK-certified Integrative & Relational Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist, with an MSc in Psychology, M.Phil in Psychology, and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology. My clinical experience spans hospitals, private clinics, educational settings, and telehealth. I believe therapy begins with having a space where you can feel heard, understood, and free to explore what is happening beneath the surface. My work is insight-oriented and holistic, with attention to emotions, relationships, past experiences, and the patterns that continue to shape the present. Through reflection, somatic awareness, and grounding work, I help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves, not simply to manage difficulties, but to understand what they may be trying to communicate. I work with teenagers and adults experiencing emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties. Alongside my clinical practice, I am a lecturer, mental health educator, trainer, and CPCAB-UK Level 3 certified tutor, with a strong interest in psychological education and professional development.

Approach

My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented. I listen closely to each client’s experience and look beyond the presenting difficulty to understand the emotions, relationships, and patterns beneath it. I support individuals exploring their trauma while using somatic awareness and grounding where appropriate. Rather than offering ready-made solutions, I facilitate a process of deeper self-understanding through which clients can develop their own insight and move towards meaningful change.
