As a multicultural woman of color, I bring a nuanced, holistic & a systemic approach to my work. As a systemic individual, couples' and family therapist, I guide couples through everyday challenges as well as through bigger obstacles and life questions. I also support cross-cultural & queer individuals and relationships. I am mindful of intersectional identities and the sensitive approach it entails. You can access my therapy live Berlin (Kreuzberg) or Online. ADVOCATING FOR ONLINE THERAPY - ACCESSIBLE AND RELATIONAL Online sessions are not a compromise, but a confidential and fully relational setting. I believe access to culturally sensitive, intersectional support should not depend on location, mobility, or life circumstances. Online therapy allows you to show up as you are... wherever you are. It can be particularly supportive if you: - Live in an area with limited suitable therapy options - Travel frequently or live between places -Experience mobility, sensory, or logistical barriers Research shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person work for concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. What makes therapy meaningful is not the room, but the relationship and the sense of safety we create together. Your location is not a limitation. I welcome you to reach out.

About Me

I believe connections and community have the power to heal. My empathy and curiosity first led me to work in schools, where I spent ten years supporting students as a counselor addressing family conflict and communication. Today, I share my knowledge as a systemic therapist, working primarily with couples and individuals to help them create intrinsically motivated, intentional, and purpose-driven lives. My clients benefit from my deep understanding of intersectionality and conscious communication, which allows them to feel truly seen and understood in the complexity of their lived realities. My earlier career as an educator focused on developing workshops and classes on mental health, stress management, and communication and sparked my passion for combining education with therapeutic work. This ultimately guided me to complete my training as a systemic therapist and fully dedicate myself to supporting couples and individuals in cultivating meaningful well-being.

Approach

Here is a short Introduction on how I work with 1. INDIVIDUALS and how I approach 2. COUPLES: 1. -INDIVIDUAL- I hold a strong belief that we, as human beings, do not exist without context. So if you feel anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed to the point where it burdens you, I invite you to once again look at the systems you move through. What feels heavy in the midst of a challenge may turn out to be lighter than expected if we learn to carry it differently. These adjustments can take many forms—through reframing, inner parts work, or resource-focused approaches. While these methods are effective in themselves, my perspective as a queer woman of color provides me with the sensitivity and awareness to recognize the unique undertones of each client’s life experience. Supporting expats, third-culture individuals, and non-normative life paths has become a particular area of expertise in my practice. I believe my clients already carry the tools they need to overcome whatever challenges they face; my role is to guide them in discovering how to use those tools with clarity and confidence. 2. -COUPLES THERAPY- My therapy space invites couples to explore the dynamics of their relationship. In our sessions, partners can be vulnerable with each other, knowing the environment is supported by transparent structures and a clear communication framework. My systemic approach also brings awareness to the broader systems surrounding the couple. Often, a relationship becomes—sometimes unknowingly—the outlet for other dysfunctional systems, unresolved wounds from past contexts, or outdated coping mechanisms that need attention. Whatever brings you to my practice, we work together within an affirmative framework, uncovering strengths, building new resources, and fostering growth that benefits both the relationship and each individual within it.
