About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist licensed in Uttar Pradesh and based in Lal Bangla, Kanpur Nagar, India. I help adolescents and adults address abuse, anxiety, OCD, phobia, mood disorders, body-image concerns, and LGBTQI+ issues. I offer art therapy, child and adolescent therapy, coaching, and conflict management from my Lal Bangla practice.

Approach

You’ll find sessions practical and drawn to small experiments—gentle check-ins, focused exercises and art-based prompts that help notice how thoughts, sensations and actions link. I work from my Lal Bangla practice in Kanpur and offer English and Hindi/Urdu options, with secure online meetings available. We set short goals, use assessments and creative reflections between sessions, and I provide structured tools while keeping the pace guided by you. This approach fits adolescents, adults, couples and families looking for steady, collaborative progress.
