In my Centurion consulting room (or in English or Afrikaans by arrangement) we move between gentle exploration, focused experiential steps and short practical tasks between meetings to test what helps. I listen for what changes your experience most—sometimes small somatic shifts, sometimes clearer thinking—and we adjust together. This way of working often suits adults facing anxiety, mood or life-transition challenges.
