About Me
Approach
Services
In my practice I incorporate elements from various therapeutic modalities to support the client. More importantly what guides the work is the client’s current circumstances in which the client possesses the autonomy to determine the course of therapy by setting their own therapeutic goals.
I emphasize on establishing a collaborative and equal relationship with the client to foster self awareness and consequently change.
My interpersonal style is based on an approach in which my client and I explore past experiences that might be steering their present day struggles. I combine various methodologies to do the same. I believe each individual possesses a tendency towards growth and the ability to heal. I aim to accompany and support my client on their own unique paths to self discovery and new possibilities for well being. To do so I take an interdisciplinary approach and employ different arts based modalities like movement, drama, psychodrama, visual arts, writing and play to enhance the potential for self exploration and expression of both the inner and outer worlds.
