About Me

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional landscapes. As a Clinical Psychologist, I guide clients to understand their patterns and build stronger connections. We explore mental health concerns and develop practical skills, like enhancing emotional intelligence for healthier communication. My aim is a supportive space where you gain clarity and find a path towards greater well-being.

Approach

Family therapy and emotional intelligence shape how I attend to patterns: sessions move between focused exploration, practical skill-building and brief experiential exercises that uncover how thoughts, feelings and relationships interact. In Colombo and online, I work in English, Sinhala or Tamil, pacing sessions to fit adolescents, adults, couples and families and offering short, doable practices to try between meetings. You can expect collaborative feedback, gentle challenge and clear steps toward better communication and self-regulation—helpful for those seeking steadier, more connected relationships.
