About Us
We are an art therapy practice in Pinetown, KwaZulu‑Natal, South Africa. We provide psychological and diagnostic assessments, child and adolescent therapy, counselling, consultation and advocacy.
Approach
In our Pinetown studio, therapy feels hands-on and collaborative, using creative materials and conversation to notice patterns and make small, practical changes. Sessions often alternate between focused assessment moments and open art-making, with clear, shared goals and brief reflective tasks to try between meetings. We keep language simple, offer support in English, Sesotho, siSwati and isiZulu, and adjust pace for children, adolescents and adults so everyone can participate comfortably.
