Licensed Clinical Psychologists

An experienced clinical psychologist working with children from the ages of 6 years, adolescents, adults, elderly and couples. I work predominantly from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) school of thought, however, I am not limited to CBT only.

About Me

I am an experienced clinical psychologist, working with individuals from age six through to older adults, and with couples. I predominantly use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your thoughts and behaviours. My flexible approach ensures we can explore other methods, tailoring support to your unique needs. This helps you gain clarity and develop practical coping skills for a way forward that truly fits.

Approach

Building on practical CBT foundations, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace that balances structured problem-solving with space for play or assessment when working with younger clients. In Kimberley I offer face-to-face and online appointments in English and seTswana, and I routinely use brief between-session tasks to practice new skills and gather helpful observations. Therapy often blends gentle behavioural experiments, clear thought-mapping and family-informed play or diagnostic feedback so progress feels concrete and measurable. This approach suits parents, teens and adults looking for practical, personalised change.
