We don’t live or work in isolation; we exist within 'constellations', our families, our teams, and our organizations.

About Me

My career has been defined by a deep interest in how people function within structured environments. I have spent decades navigating the complexities of business development, project coordination, and organizational management - roles that require a keen understanding of human behavior, communication, and systemic health. I hold an MBA from University of Nebraska and a specialised training by the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA), UK international program. This rigorous training, combined with my extensive background in the professional sector, allows me to bridge the gap between deep psychological insight and practical organizational reality. I don't see individuals in isolation; I see the networks, histories, and groups that shape them. My practice is based in Tirana, where I serve a diverse clientele in English, Italian, and Albanian, offering a space that is internationally informed but locally grounded.

Approach

My approach is primarily Group Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with specializations in: Organizational Dynamics, Leadership Coaching, Relationship Issues, Group Cohesion, and Personal Growth. We don't just focus on immediate symptoms; we look at the 'unconscious' life of the group or the individual. I view challenges like anxiety, burnout, or conflict as signals of deeper systemic issues. In our sessions, I facilitate a process of 'free association' and reflection. For organizational clients, I use Systems-Psychodynamic thinking to help you see the invisible forces at play in your workplace culture. My goal is to create a 'holding environment' a safe, confidential, and transparent space where you can explore difficult truths without judgment, leading to more sustainable personal and professional growth.
