Mireille

Miss Mireille Saleh, MSc

Psychology Practitioner

I provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore whatever is bringing you. I work collaboratively, helping you understand yourself more deeply and develop practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

About Me

I’m a practitioner who values warmth, honesty, and real connection. I know how hard it can be to reach out for support, and I aim to make our sessions feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. My role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of what’s going on and find ways forward that feel right for you.

Approach

My approach balances practical skill-building with thoughtful exploration of the patterns behind your struggles. I work online, offering sessions in English or Arabic, and keep therapy structured, collaborative, and paced around your needs. We may use focused assessments, gentle between-session tasks, and in-session coaching to help reduce anxiety, stabilise mood, and build habits that feel sustainable in everyday life.
