About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience (Psychiatry) from the University of Cape Town, with research experience in autism. I offer therapy, where I use a relational and eclectic approach, drawing from psychodynamic and behavioural frameworks. My focus is on adapting the process to each person's unique needs and experiences, creating a space where clients feel understood, supported and empowered to explore change. My work is informed by research, clinical experience, and cultural sensitivity, and I tailor my approach to each person’s context and goals. I provide evidence-based in-person and online therapy.
