About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience (Psychiatry) from the University of Cape Town, with research experience in autism. I work predominantly with adolescents and adults, with a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health and relational work. My practice is informed by research, clinical experience, and cultural sensitivity, and I tailor my approach to each person’s context and goals. I provide evidence-based therapy and offer online services across South Africa.
Approach
I use a relational and eclectic approach, drawing from psychodynamic and behavioural therapy. My focus is on adapting the process to each person’s unique needs and experiences, creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore change.
