Mindful Path Counselling is a group practice of social workers, psychotherapists, student interns, and alternative wellness providers.

About Us

We are a licensed mental health organization in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. We provide divorce counseling, relationship counseling, clinical supervision, and corporate workshops for individuals, couples, and workplaces.

Approach

As a collective of clinicians and wellness practitioners, we focus on how change actually happens in sessions — quietly, collaboratively, and through doable steps. In Brantford and online, we offer care in English, Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi so meaning stays intact and pacing fits each person. Sessions blend focused listening, brief skill practice and gentle between-session tasks, with regular team supervision shaping thoughtful adjustments.
