【Transforming Self Criticism】 I provide a session to clarify the deeper needs behind your inner critical voice and start transforming it into an ally in about 20-30 minutes. Please feel free to book a free trial session through the calendar.

About Me

Self criticism is one of the most universal human struggles. Often, these critical voices are internalized from the external world—especially from people close to us—and they can also reflect unconscious patterns in our lives that can be destructive and prevent our well-being. I specialize in working with difficulties rooted in our unconscious patterns. I provide schema-informed therapy and groups that explore how past experiences have shaped the way you interact with yourself and the world, and how can you start to change that gently.

Approach

I am a nationally licensed psychologist providing bilingual, evidence-based online therapy. I have training in schema therapy, schema therapy for addiction, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My session is especially helpful for people who resonate with any of the following patterns : -Fear of disconnection and rejection -Self-sacrifice/Other-directedness -Over vigilance and inhibition -Impaired autonomy and performance -Impaired limits
