Milena

Ms Milena Zakri Alincova

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

I am a UKCP Accredited and BACP Registered relational psychotherapist and counsellor with an MA in Gestalt Therapy. My prior background was in sociology as researcher and lecturer working mainly with ethnic minorities.

About Me

I offer a relational space to explore your experiences, focusing on how your past shapes your present. My Gestalt approach helps us understand what's happening for you right now, making sense of emotions and patterns. Drawing on my sociology background, I particularly welcome individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. We can navigate relationships and find your authentic voice together, fostering deeper self-awareness.

Approach

Therapy unfolds through attentive curiosity, combining felt‑sense exploration with careful dialogue to map what’s alive for you now. I run sessions in London or online, in English, Czech or Slovak, and move between gentle somatic noticing and focused reflection at a pace you can tolerate. I help stabilise the nervous system, contain traumatic memories and make sense of difficult psychedelic or spiritual experiences using grounding practices, relational feedback and pragmatic tasks between meetings. This steady, embodied way of working often suits people rebuilding after trauma, identity shifts or cross‑cultural transitions.
