Counseling Psychologist

Counselling psychologist with over 15 years experience. My approach is eclectic to best fit the needs of the client. I work with adults and offer online and face to face therapy. I look forward to working with you.

About Me

Drawing on over 15 years' experience, I offer a flexible Counseling approach. My aim is for therapy to truly fit your unique needs as an adult. Whether online or face-to-face, we can explore what feels important at your own pace. I help you find clarity and practical ways forward. My hope is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I look forward to working with you.

Approach

Therapy with me moves at your pace, shaped each week by what feels most urgent and possible for you. Whether we meet in my Cape Town office or online, I work in English and structure sessions to fit your life—practical check-ins, gentle exploration of patterns, brief between-session practices when helpful. I blend focused reflection with concrete tools to help you untangle stress, relationships or difficult memories and test new ways of coping. This way of working often suits adults seeking clarity and steady, practical change.
