About Me

I offer a compassionate space where we can work together. Using an evidence-based approach like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we'll tailor strategies precisely to your unique needs. This helps you navigate challenges with anxiety, mood, pain, or complex relationships. My aim is to help you reduce struggles and build a stronger connection with yourself. You'll gain practical tools, empowering you to thrive.

Approach

Together we translate your concerns into clear, manageable steps that feel doable each week, focusing on small experiments, symptom tracking and practical skills you can try between sessions. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your energy—sometimes problem-solving, sometimes gentle reflection—and available in person in Ingersoll or by secure online video in English. I integrate strategies that respect chronic pain and mood patterns while monitoring progress so adjustments are timely. This way of working tends to suit people who want structure, clarity and steady improvement.
