Michael Hon Ming Chu

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I work with people navigating the complexities of identity, self-confidence, responsibility, emotional shutdown, and silent stress - the kind that often goes unspoken, even among friends or family. Therapy here is a place to lay it down, untangle it, and rebuild on your own terms.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Greensborough, Ontario. I help men and couples work through relationship challenges using psychodynamic therapy and dream analysis. I offer a confidential space to identify recurring patterns and build clearer communication.

Approach

Work begins by tending to whatever feels most shut down or stuck, mapping connections between identity, responsibility and the small stresses that shape choices. In Markham or online, in English or Cantonese, I invite you to bring dreams, tense moments and day-to-day signals into sessions so we can slow them down and look for patterns. Sessions mix thoughtful reflection with short practices to try between meetings, testing kinder responses and clearer communication. This approach fits men and couples who want steadier self-trust and more honest connections.
