About Me

I help children, adolescents, and their families understand how unique brain wiring impacts learning, behaviour, and emotions. We explore why certain challenges arise, like attention difficulties or processing differences. Together, we make sense of these patterns, uncovering unique learning styles and developing practical strategies, such as mapping individual strengths. My goal is to equip young people with tools to thrive, ensuring support extends to the whole family.

Approach

Therapy feels like steady, practical exploration that follows each young person's cognitive profile and daily rhythms. In my Luxembourg consulting room I work in English or French, keeping sessions structured but flexible—short tasks, visual notes, and clear takeaways so busy families can use ideas between meetings. Assessments inform gentle experiments: small changes to routines, targeted learning supports and emotion-focused practice that we try together and adjust. This approach tends to suit teens, children and caregivers seeking clarity and usable steps forward.
