Hello! My name is Meropi and I am passionate about creating the space you deserve to talk freely and be truly heard. In my practice, I have seen again and again how therapy can help you feel lighter inside, live at peace with yourself and thrive.

About Me

I am a qualified person-centred therapist, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold a MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the UK. Before setting up my private practice, I worked with a broad range of clients in organisations, providing counselling for a variety of mental health issues. I grew up on a Greek island and have lived abroad for many years. My life journey and experiences led me to counselling in a way that felt natural and inevitable. People often describe me as calm and easy to talk to. For me, it is a privilege to be invited into your world and have the chance to see you flourish.

Approach

My work is based on the principle that you are the expert when it comes to your own life. Far from giving you yet another piece of advice, I will help you tap into your own resources and feel empowered to lead your life your way. In our sessions, I will create space for exploring what truly matters to you and what deeply concerns you, away from the noise of judging voices, a confidential space of empathy and realness. This way you can get in touch with sides of yourself that might have been overlooked or not allowed to be expressed. Freely being yourself can give a sense of lightness and peace that makes decisions easier to take.
