As a professional therapist, my overarching mission is to provide a compassionate and confidential space for individuals and couples to explore, understand, and address the challenges they are facing. My approach is grounded in respect, acceptance, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust.

About Me

I am a qualified counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, specializing in marriage, couples, and family therapy. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for couples and families to explore challenges, improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen relationships. Many of my clients are Caribbean individuals and couples living abroad, or anyone seeking culturally aware therapy that respects family and cultural values. Together, we focus on practical strategies and emotional understanding to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Approach

My counselling approach focuses on helping couples understand patterns in their relationship, improve communication, and rebuild emotional connection. Sessions are collaborative and supportive, allowing both partners to feel heard and understood while working toward healthier relationship dynamics.
