I am a qualified counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, specializing in marriage, couples, and family therapy. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for couples and families to explore challenges, improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen relationships.
Many of my clients are Caribbean individuals and couples living abroad, or anyone seeking culturally aware therapy that respects family and cultural values. Together, we focus on practical strategies and emotional understanding to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
