About Me

I help individuals and couples navigate mental blockage and performance anxiety, whether in the workplace or relationships. Through hypnotherapy and psychotherapy approaches, I guide clients to unlock their potential. For children with ADHD, I provide focused exercises to sharpen concentration. My approach helps you gain clarity and develop practical skills to move forward with confidence.

Approach

When work stress or relationship pressure narrows your thinking, I guide a gentle, stepwise process that blends focused attention, imagery and conversational exploration to help you notice and shift stuck patterns. Sessions happen in Seremban or online, conducted in English, Malay or Tamil, paced to suit adolescents, adults, couples and parents of children with attention differences. I use effective and practical practices during sessions and simple between-sessions tasks — mindful tasks, hypnosis as anchors and creative tasks—to build concentration, interrupt anxious habits and rehearse new responses. This approach often suits people seeking concrete steps and steady progress rather than quick fixes.
