About Me
I help children and adults navigate the challenging impacts of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My aim is to create a safe space where we can gently explore difficult experiences. We will work together to develop practical ways to manage overwhelming feelings. This collaborative approach helps you or your child find greater calm and build resilience for the future.
Approach
I guide sessions that move at your pace, using measured pacing, grounding techniques and small skill-building exercises to make sense of painful memories and ease heavy moods. I offer therapy in Spanish and via telehealth from my West Haven practice to fit school, work, and family schedules. In session we track what feels manageable, practice emotion-regulation and grounding strategies, and create simple plans you or your child can try between meetings. This approach often fits families and individuals looking for steady, hands-on support after trauma.
