Megan Vries

Clinical Psychologist

Therapy offers adults and adolescents a space to explore their thoughts, feelings, ways of relating and behavioural patterns. I endeavour to create a strong therapeutic alliance and do this by creating an environment that is empathic and non-judgemental.

About Me

I guide adults and adolescents in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and ways of relating. In an empathic, non-judgemental space, we can unravel behavioural patterns together. My aim is for you to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself. This collaborative approach suits those seeking to make sense of their experiences and build stronger self-awareness.

Approach

Sessions move from uncertainty to clearer patterns through steady, focused work that blends attentive listening with gentle challenges to what keeps you stuck. In Randburg I meet people face-to-face, offer sessions in Afrikaans and online for convenience, and keep a measured pace so we can test new ways of relating between meetings. I tend to use structured reflection alongside open dialogue to surface recurring themes and practical steps. This way of working suits adolescents and adults seeking thoughtful, collaborative change.
