Megan Shea, MSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I help adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions by understanding the deeper patterns driving their experience. Trained in the U.S. and practising across Australia, I offer structured, online therapy focused on clarity, emotional stability, and real change.

About Me

I work with people who feel stuck in relationships, emotional patterns, or life direction, even when they have insight. Therapy with me is active and focused. We look at what’s happening, understand what’s driving it, and create practical, meaningful change. I am trained in the United States (Master of Social Work, Adult Mental Health) and practise as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) in Australia, with experience across both systems. My approach integrates attachment, depth psychology, and nervous system regulation. This means we don’t just manage symptoms, we make sense of your experience so you can move forward with clarity and direction. Sessions are delivered online and available across Australia and internationally.

Approach

Trauma-informed, person-centred, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Focused on anxiety, trauma, relationships, and emotional regulation. Structured work aimed at real, sustainable change.
