About Me

I support teenagers, adults, and couples, providing therapy and Counseling in English or French. Drawing on existential therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR, I help clients navigate life's challenges. My approach fosters self-discovery and resilience. For instance, mindfulness practices can help you manage stress and find calm. I create a safe, supportive space for you to explore concerns and build lasting well-being.

Approach

From the first meetings in my Nice office or online—using English and French—I explore how daily habits, bodily sensations and life choices connect to the difficulties you bring. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: short grounding practices, focused reflection and targeted interventions when trauma memories or obsessive patterns surface. Between sessions I offer simple mindfulness exercises and small experiments to test new ways of relating to anxiety, mood shifts or relationship strain. This practical, exploratory rhythm tends to suit people seeking clarity, resilience and renewed agency.
