About Me

I’ve spent thirty years guiding individuals through their deepest emotional landscapes. My work draws on a psychodynamic depth perspective, helping you explore underlying patterns. We can make sense of long-standing challenges together. For those impacted by difficult past events, I also utilise EMDR to gently process trauma. Clients find a calm, reflective space here to uncover insights and build a clearer path forward.

Approach

I move between close listening and focused interventions to help you trace the deeper currents behind persistent moods and repeating choices. You can meet me in my Westmount office or in secure English-language online sessions, where pace is set by your readiness. Work often blends reflective dialogue with paced trauma processing and practical experiments between sessions to test new ways of relating and self-care. This way of working tends to suit adults seeking clearer emotional maps and steady, collaborative change.
