Psychotherapist (Gestalt)

verified by TherapyRoute

I work with individuals seeking greater self-awareness and support during challenging life experiences. Through a Gestalt psychotherapy approach, I facilitate a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic process that supports emotional integration, personal growth, and meaningful change.

About Me

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist supporting individuals who are seeking greater self-awareness and support through emotional and relational challenges. My work is grounded in presence, empathy, and collaboration, offering a safe and reflective space to explore experiences in the here and now and support meaningful integration and personal growth. Alongside my psychotherapy training, I hold an academic background in Nutrition and Behaviour, which informs a holistic understanding of the mind–body connection. I believe therapy is not about fixing what is ‘wrong’, but about deepening awareness, honouring each person’s unique story, and moving forward with greater clarity and authenticity.

Approach

Often our work unfolds through steady, curious pacing that balances practical steps with attention to what feels true for you. Whether we meet online or in my office, sessions stay collaborative: we clarify the immediate challenge, try focused experiments, and agree on small tasks between appointments. I listen for patterns and moments of strength, naming what’s working and inviting manageable risks so change feels tolerable and real. This approach suits people seeking clear, compassionate partnership through transitions and hard choices.

Psychotherapy within a safe, compassionate space where we explore your experiences. Grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and enriched by my academic background in Nutrition and Behaviour, my work recognises the deep connection between mind and body how our emotions, relationships, and life experiences shape the way we live, feel, and care for ourselves. Together, we gently explore your story at your own pace, honouring the whole of who you are.
