Martha Tara

Dr Martha Tara Lee

Sex Therapist

Dr. Martha Tara Lee works couples (international and local), men and women with all kinds of relationship challenges and sexual inhibitions.

About Me

I support couples, men, and women facing relationship challenges and sexual inhibitions. My aim is to create a safe, understanding space. Here, sensitive topics can be openly explored. Whether you are local or joining internationally, we can work collaboratively. Together, we'll understand your unique concerns. We will find clear paths towards greater intimacy and connection, fostering more fulfilling relationships.

Approach

I guide paced, collaborative sessions that let couples and individuals explore intimacy, sexual concerns and past hurts at a manageable rhythm. In Singapore and online, in English or Mandarin, sessions blend clear psychoeducation, practical exercises and gentle exposure, with short between-session practices to build safety and new skills. The work is trauma-aware and sex-positive: we track patterns with curiosity, set small experiments and I coach partners to communicate with less blame and more curiosity. Those seeking practical, respectful change usually find this way of working helpful.
