Miss Marni Millet

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I am an ISTDP-trained therapist and work to quickly remove symptoms and improve quality of life.

About Me

I aim to help you quickly find relief from symptoms and significantly improve your quality of life. Our sessions are direct and collaborative, focusing on understanding and addressing core issues. This active approach is ideal if you are seeking focused support and ready for meaningful, lasting changes. My goal is to help you build greater well-being and move forward efficiently.

Approach

My work reduces symptoms by using focused, time-sensitive interventions that help you access emotions beneath anxiety, addiction, ADHD and mood difficulties. In Fayetteville and online in English, sessions move at a purposeful pace—direct, grounded check-ins, brief skill practice, and targeted exploration of patterns you bring in. Between sessions I may suggest short experiments to test new responses and strengthen gains. This style suits adults who want efficient, collaborative therapy that quickly changes how they feel and function.
