Ms Marla Cass

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Relationally-focused psychotherapy for women who are successful in their careers but not in their relationships.

About Me

With over twenty years of experience, I offer relationally-focused psychotherapy for women in midlife and beyond.

Approach

Most people come to therapy after having already spent considerable time and effort trying to understand what is not working for them. If there was a simple answer, you would have already discovered it and acted on it. As a result, my focus is on working to uncover the underlying thoughts and feelings that keep people stuck. Collaboratively, we will look closely at the here and now, but also try to make sense of the past and how it continues to impact you, leading to better understanding and clarity.
