Approach

When everyday coping feels overwhelming, I work with you to break situations into manageable steps and prioritise what matters most so progress feels realistic and steady. Sessions run from my London consulting room or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, at a pace we agree on; you can expect focused conversation, practical skill-building, gentle reflection on patterns and brief between-session tasks to reinforce new ways of responding. This collaborative, hands-on rhythm suits adults facing relationship strain, life transitions, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem or burnout.
