About Me
Approach
I believe that healing is a holistic practice involving all aspects of our experience. Through my work in nature and in the office, I work with clients to focus not only on the immediate challenges that bring them to therapy, but also place emphasis on the how the body stores our pain, previous experiences that make us who we are, and explore the emotions impacted.
I always make space to explore client's thoughts, relationships, aspirations, spirituality, and a connection to the world around you. As an avid hiker/backpacker, I value the healing power of nature and believe a strong connection with the earth can accelerate our healing.
I believe everyone has the tools within them to heal, grow, and connect to our gifts. It is my goal to empower you in reaching the tools that will enhance the joy and connection in your life.
You can heal from your past, and I would be honoured to assist you along your journey to wholeness.

In-person & Online
Services
Are you feeling lost or disconnected? Is everything changing around you and you don’t know where to find stability? Are you struggling to cope with your past and want to get back to who you truly are and what lights you up? I support women and young adults who are experiencing some kind of life transition, healing from trauma, or grieving a loss. So often we feel lost trying to cope with this wild ride we call life, but you are not alone.
I work from a trauma-informed and nature-based perspective to help you deeply connect with the person you want to be. Together we can deepen your sense of confidence, joy, and greater purpose.
