I have worked as a therapist for 29 years, supporting people through anxiety, loss, and trauma. I focus on creating a safe, trusting space to explore both conscious and deeper patterns, helping clients live more fully within themselves and in their relationships.

Approach

By creating a safe, predictable, consistent frame (space) and a nonjudgmental curiosity within a background of psychoanalytic thought, I hope to facilitate the patient's insight into their difficulties and relief from them. I believe it's important to find the right "fit" between therapist and patient, and it's important to try and find that by interviewing different therapists
