Maria Parry

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

Enneagram counselor for individuals and couples who may be stuck in a pattern of emotional/relationship distress.

About Me

When emotional or relationship patterns feel stuck, it can be hard to see a way forward. As an Enneagram counsellor, I guide individuals and couples to uncover the roots of this distress. The Enneagram offers a unique map to understand your core motivations and how they influence your interactions. This gentle yet powerful tool helps identify why you react as you do. Together, we can foster a clear path towards deeper connection and healthier ways of being.

Approach

Stuck patterns show up as familiar moves I help you notice, name, and gently slow so new choices can be practiced. In my Greenville office or via online sessions in English or Japanese, we use brief assessments, reflective exercises and faith-sensitive checkpoints to track shifts between meetings. Sessions feel paced and practical — a mix of curious questioning, soft challenge, and at-home experiments that build new interaction habits. This approach often suits individuals and couples ready to translate insight into steady, relational change.
