Miss Maria Lourdes Helen Gomez

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

She has been a practicing Clinical and Forensic Psychologist since 2001. She has testified as an expert witness in around 200 court cases in various municipalities and cities in Metro Manila, and several provinces.

About Me

I bring over two decades of experience as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. I offer a clear, structured approach for those navigating complex emotional or legal challenges. My extensive background as an expert witness has honed my ability to understand intricate human behaviour. I provide objective insights to help clients untangle difficult situations. You'll find a grounded space to foster clarity, build resilience, and discover practical ways forward.

Approach

Since 2001 my work has moved toward a careful, evidence-informed rhythm that balances clear assessment with emotional safety. In person in Pasig City or online, in English or Mandarin, sessions are paced and goal-focused: we map concerns, test hypotheses through targeted questions and observations, and co-create practical steps between meetings. When legal or diagnostic clarity is needed, we prepare material methodically and rehearse how findings are communicated. This approach tends to suit people seeking structured, respectful collaboration through complex emotional or procedural challenges.
