Using a holistic approach that combines talk therapy, body-based awareness, trauma-informed care, and parts work, sessions support emotional regulation, personal growth, and reconnection with your inner wisdom.

Sessions move between gentle conversation and somatic noticing so you can feel and name what’s happening in your body as well as your thoughts. In Bondi Junction or via secure online appointments, in English or Spanish, the pace is collaborative and adaptable to your needs. I guide breath and polyvagal-informed regulation, teach short mindfulness practices, and co-design small between-session experiments to try new responses to anxiety, trauma or behavioural patterns. This approach tends to help people facing transitions, burnout or neurodiverse challenges who want practical, embodied change.
My work blends evidence-based techniques with ancient wisdom, creating a space that honors both science and soul. I draw on somatic tools to reconnect the body and regulate the nervous system, Parts Therapy and IFS to explore inner conflicts and unmet needs, and emotional embodiment to process feelings held within the body. Practices such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and yoga support awareness, presence, and resilience, while coaching and creative tools encourage growth, habit change, and self-discovery.
I don’t see therapy as fixing what’s “wrong,” but as welcoming every part of you and gently transforming the patterns that no longer serve, so you can move toward balance, freedom, and wholeness.
Like many, I’ve spent years in therapy and found talking alone to be a powerful tool for awareness. Yet I also believe that true transformation requires more than insight — it requires action. Sometimes we can get stuck in conversation without moving into the changes that create lasting shifts in our lives.
In my approach, we begin by recognizing patterns, conditioning, and shadow aspects. We then bring compassion to these parts, explore their function, and update outdated patterns that no longer serve. From there, we focus on the steps that move you forward in alignment with your authentic self.
Because the body holds our stories and conditioning, I integrate somatic practices to release what’s stored and help you become fluent in your body’s messages. This empowers you to apply tools and knowledge independently. My aim is not to create dependency, but to guide you toward wholeness, resilience, and becoming fully yourself.
