Allied Professional
“My 34 years of professional journey started with a NGO ( in collaboration with Crime Branch Delhi Police) that worked with Street and Working Children, and moved on to working with school going children, their parents and teachers, spastic children and their parents, first generation learners, training for Life Skills”
About Me
I support children, families, and individuals navigating life's complexities. My 34-year journey began helping street and working children. I then expanded to school communities, parents, and teachers. I've also worked with spastic children and first-generation learners. I offer practical strategies, including life skills training, to build resilience. This broad experience helps me understand diverse challenges, providing a grounded space for positive change.
Approach
Experience with street children, school teams and families shaped a practical, stepwise way of working that focuses on small, achievable skills and steady trust-building. Sessions in Noida or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, are paced to a child or parent's rhythm, gently structured yet flexible. I use short activities, guided reflection, role play and simple between-session tasks, and connect you to resources when needed, so progress feels tangible. This approach often feels helpful for adolescents, parents and those learning new routines for the first time.
